 ORDERING

  OPTInutriments offers easy and secure online ordering 24 hours day, seven      days a week.

 PAYMENT

  • OPTInutriments utilizes MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express and PayPal for orders that are billed and shipped in the United States.
  • Billing information on credit card orders will be verified.
  • International credit cards are not accepted.
  • International orders can be paid via PayPal 
  • If you are not registered with PayPal, please sign up at PayPal.com.

SHIPPING

  • OPTInutriments ships via USPS Ground
  • Tracking numbers will be provided when shipped. 
  • Orders received Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 24 hours. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays will be shipped the next business day.
  • Any other requested service such as next day, second day, third day or non-domestic service will be charged accordingly.
  • FREE Shipping offers are limited to the Continental US.
  • All International orders are subject to shipping charges and we will e-mail you those charges for acceptance prior to processing and shipping your order.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Refund, credit or exchange will be issued upon receipt of item.
  • Any unopened supplement can be returned within 30 days with full credit
  • Please return your item via UPS or Insured Parcel Post.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges
  • Contact us via e-mail prior to returning product to receive a RA#
  • No returns will be accepted after 30 days from date of invoice.
  • Opened products are not returnable
